Murre Techniek B.V.
Murre Techniek is a private enterprise founded in 1987 by J. Murre, the current owner / director.
In those days the core activities of Murre Techniek were service
and maintenance of equipment for the food producing industry. The
principal sector at the time was the potato processing industry,
notably the processing of fried potatoes, potato flakes and potato
croquettes.
After a number of years we received an order for the relocation
of an onion factory from The Netherlands to Tasmania (Australia).
For this extensive order we had to fill 32 sea containers with production
machines. Hence we had to expand considerably.
The Tasmania project took about one year. After this we shifted
our activities largely to stainless steel applications, i.e. funnels,
constructions and platforms.
The above activities were conducted from our workshop in Driewegen.
In 1994 we moved to a larger location in Krabbendijke, which meant
easier access for our customers.
We have currently developed into a modern food processing machine
factory. We manufacture all kinds of machines necessary for the processing
of a product, such as washing machines, blanching machines, sorting
machines, etc.
We deal with orders as follows: after an intensive talk with the
customer, we draw up an engineering order, which is then discussed
with the customer. We attach much value to these talks, as we aim
at an optimum result.
This is only possible in association with our customer, since we
have a lot of engineering expertise but we do not know everything
about the customer's products. Our customer indicates what machine
he is interested in and contributes his know-how and experience
with respect to the product.
That is why co-operation is essential to us.
After a good result on paper, we start the production process resulting
in a product. We start by making detailed drawings and preparing
the C.N.C. cutting processes, which is done at our branch in Rumania.
(for further details go to
)
C.N.C. cutting is done by our sister company Murre Snijtechniek
B.V.Our co-operation with Murre Snijtechniek enables us to provide
specialist sheet-metal work, such as set frames with a maximum length
of 8.5 metres or cut machine parts with a thickness of 80mm.
In conclusion, we can provide all your production machines, which we
prefer to build to your specifications.
