Experience We have gained a lot of experience with this technique. We have developed an immersion machine specially for apple peeling companies. We have already sold machines in The Netherlands, Belgium and Britain. Applications of the machine The machine can be used for fresh products.Operation of the machine The machine is operated as follows: the product to be immersed is placed on the belt. This belt feeds the product into the immersion fluid at the speed required. After this the product is placed on a sieve belt which conveys the product out of the machine.Construction of the machine The machine is made of stainless steel and the immersion belt is fitted with a frequency controlled motor. The sieve belt is driven by a drum motor and the output height and length can be adjusted. Currently two models with a working width of 600 mm and one with a working width of 800 mm are available.The advantages
