     This machine is used in combination with the MT inspector to remove loose slices and to divide the product evenly along the width of the MT inspector.



    Applications of the machine

     This machine can be used for removing small bits with a fixed sorting size. Basically it can be used for the whole range of products shown in the selection wheel on page 1 of our web site.

    Operation of the machine

     The principle is based on rotating rolls with a fixed interspace of, e.g., 5 mm, which means that the product is divided along the width by the rolls and that bits up to 5 mm are removed. The machine is cleaned continuously during the production process by means of an overhead sprinkler. The stainless steel dividing rolls are driven directly by small slip-on gear mechanisms for each roll.

    Construction of the machine

     The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has adjustable angles, so that it can be adapted to the specific product. Easy access to the upper part and the lower part enables cleaning.
