     This machine has been part of our programme for many years and we have gained a lot of experience in the area of cooling calculations.

    Applications of the machine

     This machine has been specially developed to be used in combination with our mussel sorting machines, but the cooling process can also be applied in the potato, vegetable and fruit sector.

    Operation of the machine

     The cooling water is fed at the output side of the cooler, so that the differences in temperature of the products are kept to a minimum. After this the water is drawn to the input side of the cooler, against the flow of the products.

    Construction of the machine

     The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and is fitted with modular belts.
