The MT polisher ensures that your product receives a high-quality finishing through the effective action of a rotating drum with rotating brushes. It is available in a single set of
brushes and a double set for higher capacity.

A heavy-duty belt has been chosen for rotating the drum. Hereby, the drum is supported by idlers. The brush rollers rotate via v-belts and are fitted with ballbearings. Our design also ensures that there is a maximumdistance between the brush rollers of 3 mm, resulting in minimal product loss.

The premise behind Murre Technologies’ development of the polisher was to minimise maintenance. The machine is divided into compartments so that the drive components operate in a dry environment. When actual maintenance has to be carried out, Murre Technologies used the characteristic sectional doors to ensure that the machine is very accessible for maintenance.

The motors are set up on a floor and are easily accessible by removing the covers at the top of the machine. For replacing brush rollers, supports are supplied on which you can place the brush roller and from there the brush roller can be mounted in position.

The output of the machine is equipped with an infinitely adjustable door with which the layer thickness of the product can be easily be set.
